Blairscove House & Restaurant Limited is a boutique hospitality venue set in the stunning landscape of West Cork, overlooking Dunmanus Bay. The family‑run estate offers luxury accommodation in a collection of courtyard suites and cottages – The Piggery, The Smoke House and The Loft – each thoughtfully designed with historic features such as high‑beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and exposed stone walls, while providing modern comforts for up to four guests.

The on‑site restaurant, housed in a converted barn that once formed part of a 250‑year‑old manor complex, serves classic Irish dishes with a contemporary twist, showcasing the very best of West Cork produce. Blairscove welcomes bookings for both stays and tables three months in advance, and while the house is closed for the 2025 season, it will reopen for the 2026 season on 12 March.
