O'Flynn Foods Limited is a fourth-generation family business that has been crafting "proper sausages" for the people of Cork since 1921. Drawing on a blend of traditional Irish recipes and international flavours, the company uses the finest cuts of meat, fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices to produce a range of more than 50 sausage varieties, alongside gourmet burgers, meatballs and black-and-white pudding.

The brand's products are sold in major retail chains across Cork and Munster, including SuperValu, Tesco and Dunnes Stores, while its flagship stall in the historic English Market offers ready-to-eat gourmet sandwiches such as the "Cork Boi". In addition to retail, O'Flynn Foods provides corporate catering, event and festival food services, delivering the taste of the English Market to businesses and gatherings throughout the region.

Run by Declan and Anne O'Flynn, with sales overseen by brother Dave and social media managed by their son Jordan, the company combines heritage craftsmanship with modern outreach, ensuring that every bite reflects a century of Irish food culture.
