Happy Days Creche is a child‑centred early years and after‑school provider that has been nurturing families in the Walkinstown, Templeogue and Ballymount areas for over four decades. Founded in the 1980s as a modest playgroup by Kay Ingham and Sylvia Kelly, the service now operates from a purpose‑built facility in the Greenpark part of Walkinstown, offering a safe, homely atmosphere for children from 12 months up to the end of fourth class.

The centre delivers a comprehensive suite of programmes, including full‑day care (8 am‑6 pm), half‑day slots for children aged 2½ years and older, a structured ECCE curriculum for 2½‑to‑5‑year‑olds, and a dedicated after‑school service for primary pupils. Playgroup sessions, inclusive support for children with additional needs and holiday excursions are also part of the offering. With twenty‑one highly qualified staff—many of whom have been with Happy Days for more than ten years—the team is led day‑to‑day by long‑standing manager Audrey French, ensuring continuity and expertise.
