Zenith Childcare (Mungret) Limited is a fast‑growing early‑years provider dedicated to giving every child a strong start in life. Founded by industry veterans Charlene Roche and Stephen Moore, the company operates a network of state‑of‑the‑art crèches that blend interactive play with purposeful early‑development programmes. Their curriculum is designed to nurture social skills, cognitive growth and a love of learning through hands‑on activities, while a strong community focus links children, parents and staff together.

At present Zenith runs two flagship sites in Cork – the Bayly centre in Douglas and the Tir Cluain centre in Midleton – each catering for over 100 children aged one to six across Wobbler, Toddler and Preschool (ECCE) rooms. The group is also expanding into Limerick, with new creches slated for Castletroy and Mungret Gate later in 2026, strategically positioned near key residential developments and the Limerick Regional Hospital. By 2026 Zenith aims to serve up to 500 children across four modern facilities, delivering high‑quality childcare that supports families and strengthens local communities.
