Bray International Jazz Festival Company Limited by Guarantee is the charitable organisation that produces the annual Bray Jazz Festival, a weekend of world‑class jazz that takes place each May Bank Holiday in Bray, County Wicklow. In 2026 the festival will mark its 25th anniversary, presenting a headline programme that includes 17‑time Grammy‑nominated pianist Fred Hersch, Cuban virtuoso Roberto Fonseca, and legendary New York trumpeter Eddie Henderson, alongside a host of emerging and award‑winning artists from across Europe and beyond.

The company specialises in curating a diverse, multi‑venue programme that showcases both international stars and the very best of Irish jazz. Concerts are staged at the Mermaid Arts Centre – the festival hub – as well as the Whale Theatre in Greystones, Bray Town Hall, the Harbour Bar and the newly‑opened Franks Festival Club at Duffs Bar. In addition to headline performances, the festival offers free daytime matinees, a Dublin City University graduates showcase, and a series of collaborative projects that support up‑and‑coming talent, making the event accessible
