KRAFTYKIDZ AFTERSCHOOL CLUB LIMITED

Krafty Kidz Afterschool Club Limited is a not‑for‑profit community childcare organisation that has been supporting families in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan since 1997. Born from a group of local mothers, the charity now runs the first ever full‑daycare service in Cavan town, offering a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive throughout the day.

The centre provides a comprehensive suite of services, including a creche, high‑quality preschool education, full‑daycare and flexible wrap‑around care that adapts to the varied schedules of working, studying or otherwise busy parents. In addition to daily programmes, Krafty Kidz runs community projects, parenting workshops and creative learning activities, all underpinned by a child‑centred ethos that celebrates individuality and inclusivity.

With a dedicated team of over 30 qualified staff and a voluntary board of directors, any surplus generated is reinvested back into the service, ensuring affordable, high‑standard care remains at the heart of the organisation.
