Cork Puppetry Company is a dynamic production studio that brings imagination to life through large‑scale puppets, interactive children’s workshops and community‑focused projects. Building on the legacy of Dowtcha Puppets, the team has crafted memorable installations for high‑profile events such as the Dublin and Cork St Patrick’s Day parades and the Cork Puppetry Festival, while also delivering bespoke commissions for organisations including Cork Community Artlink, Cork Creates, ISACS and The Everyman.

Based in the Marina Commercial Park in Cork City, the studio shares a creative hub with the Outlaw Studios Collective. Under the artistic direction of Elisa Gallo Rosso, with Alex Hindmarsh as creative collaborator and Niamh Cosgrove managing administration, the company specialises in designing and constructing professional‑grade, interactive puppetry experiences. They welcome collaborations with fellow artists, offering a versatile service that engages schools, festivals, community groups and any audience eager for a touch of magical storytelling.
