Avenue Road Studios is a cosy, purpose‑built rehearsal hub nestled in the heart of Portobello, just off the South Circular Road and a short stroll from Portobello Harbour. Designed for musicians and bands of all levels, each of the fully sound‑proofed rooms offers a quiet, isolated environment that mirrors studio‑quality acoustics, allowing artists to focus on their craft without disturbance.

Every space comes equipped with a drum kit (excluding breakables), a bass amp, a PA system, two guitar amps, three vocal microphones and, where required, a keyboard. Additional gear such as cymbals, a snare, a Vox AC30 amplifier and extra keyboards are available for hire, and regular users can take advantage of secure storage lockers. Complimentary tea, coffee and Wi‑Fi are provided throughout the building, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both rehearsals and informal breaks – the nearby canal is only a few dozen steps away.

Open daily from 8 am to 11 pm, Avenue Road Studios caters to emerging talent, seasoned performers and touring groups seeking a reliable, professional yet friendly space to perfect their sound.
