Ridgewood Medical Centre is a community‑focused general practice founded in 2005 by Dr Clodagh Brennan and Dr Lucy Lynam. Based in Swords, North County Dublin, the centre has grown from a modest start to become a trusted hub for families, children and adults across Ridgewood and the surrounding area.

The practice offers a comprehensive suite of services, ranging from routine GP appointments and full medical check‑ups to specialised care such as antenatal and postnatal support, chronic disease management, minor surgery and health‑screening programmes. Preventative medicine is a core priority, with a strong emphasis on tackling risk factors for heart disease and diabetes before they develop. In addition, Ridgewood provides flu vaccinations, childhood immunisations, Doctor Visit Card applications for eligible patients, and a fully digital portal for repeat prescriptions, appointment cancellations, illness certificates, test results and other online requests.
