Proud Irish Whiskey Company Limited, founded in 2015, is a boutique distillery dedicated to crafting premium Irish whiskey without compromise. Specialising in a triple‑distilled spirit, the company blends 85 % corn with 15 % malt before maturing the clear new‑make spirit for three to five years in small, hand‑selected American oak barrels (approximately 195‑200 litres each) that have previously held fine bourbon. This careful ageing in American oak imparts a distinctive flavour profile that reflects both tradition and innovation.

The production process follows five meticulous stages – malting, mashing, fermentation, triple distillation and maturation – each overseen by skilled craftsmen who maintain strict quality controls, such as replacing barrels after each use to ensure consistency. Proud Irish’s whiskey is aimed at connoisseurs and anyone who appreciates authentic Irish heritage distilled into a smooth, high‑quality dram, embodying the spirit of a proud, green island and its worldwide diaspora.
