West Limerick Sports Complex Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to delivering inclusive leisure and fitness facilities for the whole West Limerick community. Operating seven days a week, the centre boasts an 18-metre heated swimming pool with adjoining sauna and steam room, a fully equipped Technogym gymnasium, a versatile group-exercise studio and a welcoming coffee dock with free Wi-Fi.
The complex offers a broad programme of services, from swimming lessons and aqua-aerobics to personalised gym plans, personal training, sports-injury treatment and therapeutic massage. Group-exercise classes span yoga, BodyPump, TRX and more, while the sports-injury clinic supports athletes and casual exercisers alike. Memberships are in high demand, with a waiting-list system introduced in July 2023, yet all services remain available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
