Dublin City Spirits is an independent Dublin-based producer of premium Irish gin and whiskey, proudly championing a "Irish spirit with a Dublin accent". Drawing on 25 years of creative and product-development experience, the founders - Jim O'Connor and Sheila Cooney - crafted a distinctive gin using a milk-whey spirit base and seven botanicals, including a locally grown rhubarb, to deliver a smooth, juniper-forward nose, citrus-bright palate and a warm, cardamom-spiced finish. Their Dublin City Gin has amassed a collection of gold medals, earning titles such as Best in Ireland, Best in Europe and World's Best Irish Dry.

In 2021 the company expanded its range with Dublin City Whiskey, a 100 % single-malt released in small batches and inspired by Dublin's Victorian distilling heritage. The whiskey has been praised for its rich, approachable character and versatility in both neat and cocktail formats. With a growing network of trade partners across Ireland and abroad, Dublin City Spirits continues to promote world-class Irish craft spirits while nurturing ambitions for a heritage distillery and visitor centre in the capital.
