WEST CORK DISTILLERS LIMITED

West Cork Distillers is a craft distillery based in Skibbereen, County Cork, that produces Irish whiskey, gin and vodka for enthusiasts worldwide. Founded in 2003 by childhood friends John O'Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy, the company has grown to a team of over 140 people and is proud to be "built and run by the people, for the people".

The distillery operates sixteen pot and column stills, together with two dedicated gin stills, delivering almost 16.5 million litres of alcohol annually. Eight bottling lines run 24 hours a day, six days a week, processing around 9 000 bottles each hour, while twelve on-site warehouses can store up to 200 000 casks. West Cork's portfolio includes its flagship Irish whiskey, a range of gins and a premium vodka, all crafted with a focus on quality and authenticity.

Beyond the spirits themselves, West Cork Distillers runs an Irish Whiskey Cask Club that brings together a global community of owners, offering a fair and social approach to cask investment. The distillery's commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality and community makes it a notable player in Ireland's thriving spirits scene.
