The ground offers a 100-bird sporting experience, with open shooting sessions on Saturdays and Sundays and additional days varying throughout the summer and winter seasons.

The company runs a lively calendar of competitions, including the popular Annual Mountain Challenge, which draws shooters from across the region. As an affiliate of both the National Association of Rifle and Gun Clubs (NARGC) and the Irish Clay Target Shooting Association (ICTSA), Lazy Dog ensures that its events meet recognised standards of safety and sport.
