Their flagship offering is a handcrafted wood‑fired barrel sauna, capable of accommodating up to ten guests and delivering authentic temperatures between 75 °C and 95 °C with humidity levels of 5‑20 %. Complementing the sauna are three large ice baths set at 12 °C, 9 °C and 6 °C, plus two cold showers, providing an ideal post‑sauna plunge for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and anyone seeking a refreshing challenge.

Clients can easily book a session online, selecting their preferred sauna experience, time slot and quantity. After the heat‑cold cycle, guests are invited to unwind with a coffee in a spacious seating area, or make use of the three private changing rooms for added comfort. Project Sauna operates from the Buccaneers RFC site, creating a welcoming hub where community members can come together to recover, socialise and enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy in a friendly, professional environment.
