Beyond training, the Lilac Café and Micro‑bakery produces a range of freshly baked goods, from artisan breads to celebratory cupcakes. Its pop‑up café at Doon Social Farm and community events such as the inaugural Cupcake Day at the Limerick Milk Market showcase the talents of its participants while promoting inclusion and community spirit. The enterprise also welcomes donations, offering one‑off, monthly or yearly giving options to sustain its mission.
