YOUNG PEOPLE AT RISK (YPAR) COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Young People at Risk (YPAR) Company Limited by Guarantee is a national charitable organisation dedicated to creating a society where hope, equality and opportunity enable young people and their families to realise their dreams. Through a collaborative, inclusive approach, YPAR brings together a wide network of services and agencies that work with children, young people and families, identifying gaps in systems and delivering coordinated support.

YPAR’s core work is organised into specialist working groups that address the most pressing needs of vulnerable groups. These include Community Link Workers supporting Ukrainian refugees and IPAS families, a Children in Emergency Accommodation group, a Mental Well‑being Working Group for children and young people, and dedicated teams for hard‑to‑reach 13‑24‑year‑olds, early years (0‑5) and primary ages (5‑12). The Inter‑agency Steering Committee and the Meitheal and Practice Working Group further ensure strategic alignment across partners. YPAR also produces research, briefing documents and annual reports, and hosts conferences that shape policy and practice.

Guided by its vision of a hopeful, equal society and its mission to foster integrated partnership, YPAR continually works to close systemic deficiencies, championing the potential of every child and young person across Ireland.
