Thrive Outside Occupational Therapy Limited is a team of licensed occupational therapists dedicated to helping neurodivergent children and their families access care and connection through nature. Drawing on nature‑based occupational therapy, the ConTiGO approach and relational neuroscience, they turn the outdoors into an active partner in a child’s development and in professional practice.

Their core offering is practical training – delivered to parents, educators, therapists and whole organisations – that equips participants to use the regulating, sensory‑supportive and confidence‑building power of natural environments. Services include affordable one‑to‑one sessions, specialised courses on co‑regulation, outdoor play therapy and curriculum design, and a range of social and special‑interest groups hosted through The Real Work therapy collective. Thrive Outside also provides bespoke staff‑capacity programmes for schools, early‑childhood settings and paediatric clinics, helping teams embed nature‑forward strategies into everyday routines and programmes.

All teaching is neurodiversity‑affirming, trauma‑informed and developmentally aligned, giving families and professionals the tools to reduce anxiety, manage meltdowns and foster resilience by intentionally partnering with the outdoors.
