HAPPY FEET RUN CLUB LIMITED

Happy Feet Run Club Limited is a Dublin‑based community of runners founded in August 2023 by Ciara, Kate and Sean. Their mission is simple: to replace late‑night gatherings with uplifting early‑morning runs that blend fitness, friendship and a splash of café culture. Each week the club organises regular 5 km and 10 km routes – from the Park Lane Deli in Chapelizod to Happy Out Café in Dun Laoghaire – with all details posted on their social media channels.

Beyond the kilometres, Happy Feet offers a holistic health experience. Ciara, a registered dietitian with a passion for women’s health and performance nutrition, curates post‑run coffee and sweet treats from favourite Dublin cafés while also producing engaging content for members. Sean, a former professional rugby player and Head of Health and Wellness, brings his expertise in exercise science and positive psychology to energise every run, ensuring newcomers feel welcomed and supported.

The club is a true “community, not a competition”, providing a friendly, inclusive environment for anyone in Dublin who wants to stay active, social and healthy all year round.
