Zenith Care Group Limited, trading as Zenith Childcare, is a fast‑growing Irish provider of early‑years education and childcare. Founded by industry veterans Charlene Roche and Stephen Moore, the group delivers a high‑quality, interactive curriculum that blends play‑based learning with focused early development, helping children aged one to six build the social and cognitive foundations they need for a strong start in life.

At present Zenith operates two flagship centres in Cork – the Bayly site in Douglas and the Tir Cluain centre north of Midleton – each catering for over 100 children across Wobbler, Toddler and Preschool (ECCE) rooms. The company is also preparing to launch two new creches in Limerick (Castletroy and Mungret Gate) later in 2026, further extending its community‑focused network.
