Led by Candace Davey, a qualified counsellor and empowerment coach, the service blends academic rigour with a compassionate, non‑judgemental approach, offering a safe space for personal growth.

The practice provides a range of specialist services, including one‑to‑one individual counselling, couples counselling, and empowerment coaching. In addition, Candace runs mental‑health workshops, dynamic webinars and interactive seminars designed to equip participants with practical tools for resilience and confidence. Her expertise is underpinned by an M.A. in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities) from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling from the Open University, and further training in Internal Family Systems, DBT trauma work, Compassion‑Focused Therapy and Grief Counselling.
