Slicey Pizza Co. Limited is the world’s first air‑fryer‑optimised pizza brand, delivering restaurant‑quality Sicilian‑style sourdough slices that can be ready in just eight minutes. Each slice is crafted on a traditional sourdough base that undergoes a double leavening over 25 hours at varying temperatures, then frozen to preserve a crisp, airy crust. The result is a light, 440 kcal slice with 15 g of protein that cooks evenly in an air fryer at 170 °C (or in a conventional oven at 200 °C) for eight minutes, providing a convenient snack without the need for a long pre‑heat.
