Ballincollig AFC Company Limited by Guarantee is a community‑driven soccer club that has been nurturing talent and fostering a love of the game since its founding in 1974. Operated entirely by volunteers, the club offers a comprehensive football programme for children and young adults, with training sessions held each Saturday at the Landing Field and, during winter months, on the astroturf pitch at the local Gael Scoil.

The club’s Academy focuses on skill development, teamwork and personal growth, guiding youngsters from their first touch of the ball through to competitive senior football. Ballincollig AFC boasts a proud record of success, having lifted its inaugural league title in 1974/75, the County Cup the following season, and most recently the Youth All‑Ireland National Cup in 2016. Its trophy cabinet spans all age groups, reflecting a culture where talent is celebrated and community spirit thrives.
