Responding to a 60 % population rise since 2000 and the growing demand for local, accessible facilities, the company is spearheading the development of professional venues that cater to everyone—from amateur and para‑athletes to elite competitors and families seeking leisure activities.

The planned campus will house a range of high‑quality sports halls, pitches and specialised areas designed to support clubs, individuals and special interest groups.
