4 Honor Academy is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu and martial‑arts gym that opened its doors in 2022. Based in Bantry, West Cork, the academy has quickly risen to become one of the top three BJJ clubs in the county, regularly achieving strong results in regional competitions.
