EirGrid SPV 2022 Designated Activity Company is the state‑owned operator of Ireland’s high‑voltage electricity transmission system. Its core mission is to plan, build, operate and maintain a secure, reliable network that connects generators – from wind farms on the coast to solar arrays inland – to distributors and ultimately to homes and businesses across the island.
