Marren Psychology Services Limited is a private practice led by Dr Colm Marren, a chartered psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Dr Marren holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters in Applied Psychology, a Higher Diploma in Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Journalism, and brings extensive experience working with adults, adolescents and children in the HSE, private settings and even within the Irish Prison Service.

The practice offers a range‑free, client‑centred approach to therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement and a range of other challenges. From February 2026, Marren Psychology will also provide full adult autism assessments, combining professional expertise with a respectful, neurodiversity‑affirming stance to help clients gain insight and self‑understanding. In addition to one‑to‑one therapy, the service provides guidance on the differences between counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists, and answers common queries through an accessible FAQ section.
