By amplifying, maximising and centring the priorities of young people who use drugs and those affected by drug legislation, the organisation works at local, regional and international levels to ensure that young voices are not only heard but drive change.

The core of Youth RISE’s work lies in coalition‑building, advocacy and rigorous evidence gathering. It offers a full‑spectrum of harm‑reduction support, from policy advocacy and research to capacity‑building programmes that empower young people to participate meaningfully in decision‑making. With a diverse team—including an Executive Director, programme leads, communications officers and an extensive International Working Group—Youth RISE delivers coordinated campaigns, publishes reports, and engages with global forums to influence drug‑policy reform.
