THE YOGA MAMA LIMITED

The Yoga Mama Limited is a specialist wellness provider dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy and the early stages of motherhood. By combining gentle movement, breath work and mindful practice, the company aims to strengthen, nourish and nurture both body and soul for expectant and new mums.

Their programme includes a range of evening classes tailored to each stage of the journey. Prenatal sessions are offered on Tuesdays (7.30 pm‑8.30 pm) and Wednesdays (6.00 pm‑7.00 pm), while post‑natal support is delivered on Thursdays (7.30 pm‑8.30 pm). A dedicated online “New Mama Yoga” class also runs on Thursday evenings, providing flexible access for those who prefer to practise from home. Class fees are €10 for the regular sessions, with a specialised “Mama To Be Yoga” course priced at €75.
