Tasty Parlour Limited is an award‑winning, HSE‑registered gluten‑free bakery that produces fresh, wheat‑free (and often dairy‑free) breads, slices, muffins, scones and tray‑bakes. Founded in July 2011 by chef‑entrepreneur Mary O’Hanlon, the company operates from a family‑run kitchen in the Irish countryside and supplies its range directly to retailers, cafés, hotels and lifestyle centres across the island.
The core line includes White and Brown Soda Breads, Farmhouse Loaves (with a dairy‑free version), Sultana Bread, and a selection of indulgent cakes and slices such as Lemon Cake, Coffee & Walnut Cake, Almond Bakewell, Belgian Chocolate Brownie and Caramel Slice.
