Gilligan’s Farm Limited is a family‑run farming and butchery operation based in Four Mile House, Co. Roscommon. Building on a farming heritage that stretches back more than a century, the Gilligan family now supplies award‑winning Irish meat directly from their own fields to kitchens across the island. The range spans premium beef, lamb, pork and bacon, featuring favourites such as lean 92 % beef mince, short ribs, farm‑house burgers, rib‑eye steaks, breakfast sausages, osso buco and marrow bones. All products are passionately produced on the farm and are available for nationwide delivery (free on orders over €100, with a €10 charge below that) or for local pickup at the farm shop.
