Company Description
Trauma Humanitarian Assistance Programmes and Research Ireland (TRNI) is an all-Ireland, not-for-profit network of accredited trauma therapists specialising in early-response interventions for mass-trauma events. Drawing on advanced EMDR training-including Level 3 certification and the G-TEP/R-TEP early-response programmes-its members provide rapid, evidence-based support to individuals affected by crises, as well as to first-responders during the critical first 90 days after an incident.
The organisation's core services encompass immediate telephone-based trauma assistance, supplementary therapeutic treatment, and capacity-building initiatives such as research, community-development and resilience programmes. TRNI's panel is organised into four regional trauma hubs covering Leinster, Munster, Connacht and Ulster, enabling a coordinated national response. All therapists and supervisors are accredited by professional bodies such as IAHIP, IACP and BACP, ensuring a high standard of care.
Through its community database and dedicated COVID-19 support, TRNI offers a reliable, compassionate resource for anyone seeking specialised trauma assistance across the Republic of Ireland.
