McGowan Physio and Health Care Limited is a dedicated physiotherapy, exercise and health clinic that empowers individuals to manage their wellbeing as independently as possible. Through thorough assessments, patient‑centred education and bespoke treatment programmes, the team supports adolescents, young adults and anyone with complex musculoskeletal or rheumatological conditions, while also offering holistic care for the whole family.

Specialist services include Schroth‑method scoliosis rehabilitation, athletic injury‑prevention and sport‑specific conditioning, hypermobility management, paediatric musculoskeletal and rheumatology care, and targeted programmes for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS). The clinic also utilises a Pilates Reformer as a versatile rehab tool, enhancing strength, body awareness and functional movement. Led by spinal specialist physiotherapist Niamh McGowan, alongside physiotherapist Garett Van Oirschot, clinic manager Luana Pazinato and even a friendly therapy puppy, the practice combines clinical expertise with a warm, supportive environment.

McGowan Physio is continually expanding its team, currently seeking a Pilates teacher with reformer experience and a musculoskeletal physiotherapist skilled in joint hypermobility, scoliosis or paediatrics.
