Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease Company Limited by Guarantee (EOPD Ireland) is a registered Irish charity founded by people living with early‑onset Parkinson’s for those who share the same diagnosis. Based in Dublin, the organisation exists to improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s before the age of 50, offering a supportive network, reliable information and a strong advocacy voice across the island.

EOPD Ireland delivers a range of services tailored to its community: regular peer‑to‑peer events such as “Pints, Parkinson’s & Ping Pong”, educational workshops like the free creative‑writing series with Fighting Words, and collaborations with research partners such as FutureNeuro at the University of Galway. Members can join an online community, access up‑to‑date resources on living with the condition, and take part in fundraising activities, including the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon and special film screenings. The charity also welcomes volunteers and board members who wish to help shape its future.
