baseTherm® Limited is a specialist manufacturer and installer of bound EPS liquid floor insulation, offering a mobile-floor-insulation factory that produces and applies the product on-site. The system is a pumpable, lightweight screed mortar comprising EPS beads, fast-drying cement and the company's proprietary Isostay additive, mixed in a purpose-built mobile unit to meet the requirements of I.S. EN 16025-1 and I.S. EN 16025-2. Certified by the NSAI Agrément scheme, baseTherm® provides a void-free, thermally and acoustically efficient solution for both new builds and retrofits, suitable for ground-supported or suspended floors in domestic and non-domestic projects.

The product range includes four performance grades - Low Lambda, 150, 200 and 250 - allowing clients to select the appropriate thermal conductivity and load-bearing capacity. All operations are underpinned by ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO-45001:2018 management systems, ensuring quality, environmental responsibility and occupational health and safety.
