Members enjoy a dedicated after‑hours service from 20:00 to 08:00, while the Membership Team is on hand from 08:00 to 20:00 to answer queries and arrange support.

All consultations are led by senior Emergency Medicine consultants with decades of experience in busy Irish emergency departments. The service follows a clear four‑stage pathway: a secure video call with a consultant, on‑site assessment if required, onward referral for further testing at a partner private laboratory, and, when necessary, admission to a partner private hospital for overnight or next‑day care.
