HELLENIC COMMUNITY OF IRELAND

The Hellenic Community of Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting Greek language, culture and heritage among the Irish-based Hellenic diaspora and anyone with an interest in Greece. Through its Greek School of Ireland, the community offers language instruction, certification examinations and a small lending library, enabling learners of all ages to develop proficiency in Greek and to explore the literary links between James Joyce and Homer.

In addition to education, the organisation curates a lively programme of cultural events - from the annual Greek Business & Arts Festival and International Day of the Greek Language to exhibitions, film screenings and the Language Connect Summit. These activities bring together Greek, Cypriot and Irish entrepreneurs, artists and scholars, fostering networking, cultural exchange and the celebration of shared heritage.
