Early Years - the Organisation for Young Children Roi Company Limited by Guarantee is the leading non-profit champion for early childhood in Northern Ireland. Founded in 1965, the charity represents and supports a network of carers, educators and early-years providers, giving a strong, evidence-led voice for thousands of children and their families across the island of Ireland and beyond.

The organisation delivers a comprehensive suite of services that span advocacy, research and practice support. Members can access the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme, the Pathway Fund and the PEACEPLUS ASPIRE cross-border project, as well as specialist mentoring, salary and disclosure services, and guidance on new legislation. Early Years also runs professional learning programmes-including HighScope, Reggio-inspired curricula and Centres of Excellence-while fostering global engagement through international networks and peace-building initiatives.
