Youghal Cancer Support Centre is a voluntary organisation dedicated to providing free, high‑quality support to anyone affected by cancer in the East Cork and West Waterford region. Established as a company limited by guarantee, the centre offers a safe, welcoming space where patients, families, friends and parents of children with cancer can find practical help, emotional relief and a sense of community away from the hospital environment.

The centre’s holistic service suite includes one‑to‑one counselling (both in‑person and online), Reiki, art‑based wellbeing sessions, nutritional coaching, legal advice, hair‑dressing and wig expertise, as well as a programme of workshops. All of these provisions are delivered at no charge, reflecting the charity’s commitment to accessibility and compassion. By combining professional guidance with therapeutic activities, Youghal Cancer Support Centre helps individuals manage the physical, emotional and practical challenges of a cancer diagnosis, fostering resilience and hope throughout the journey.
