Waterford Integration Services Company Limited by Guarantee is a dedicated non‑profit organisation that works to ensure refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants in Waterford and the wider southeast are fully resourced to live, integrate and contribute to a diverse, harmonious society. Drawing on more than 17 years of inter‑agency experience, the service operates a drop‑in front‑line centre where newcomers receive immediate information, advice and advocacy, before being linked to specialised programmes or external supports across County Kilkenny, Wexford, South Tipperary and Carlow.

The company’s core programmes promote human‑rights knowledge, coordinated responses to education, social and intercultural health needs, and public awareness of migrant issues. Key services include health and sexual‑health clinics (covering FGM, male genital‑mutilation, HIV/AIDS and intercultural health training), as well as education, training and employment support such as English language learning at a range of levels. All provision is delivered in partnership with HSE Social Inclusion Southeast and community knowledge healthcare workers, ensuring peer‑led, culturally sensitive assistance for those seeking protection and a new start in Ireland.
