By combining specialist medical care with a wealth of resources, the Hub empowers women at home, in the workplace and within the wider community to live the lives they love.

Its core services include best‑in‑class Menopause Hub Clinics, which provide personalised care for every phase of menopause—from premature and surgical to peri‑ and post‑menopause—across three locations in South Dublin and Cork. In addition, the Menopause Hub Academy delivers CPD‑accredited e‑learning and live workshops that help organisations create menopause‑friendly workplaces, and it recognises leading employers through the Menopause Friendly Workplace Awards, run in partnership with Great Place to Work. A suite of free resources—symptom checkers, news, blogs and an innovative tracking app—further supports women and their allies throughout the menopausal journey.
