ConnectWell - the new trading name of Kerry Peer Support Network - is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fostering mental-health recovery through peer-led support, education and empowerment. Drawing on lived experience, ConnectWell creates safe, non-judgemental spaces where individuals can share, learn and build resilience, with the belief that everyone's voice matters and self-advocacy is key to wellbeing.

The charity offers a range of free, informal peer-support groups for adults (18+) across Cork and Kerry, alongside accredited WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) workshops, peer-leadership training and recovery-education programmes. These services help participants develop personalised wellness strategies, identify triggers, and cultivate practical coping tools, whether they are navigating personal mental-health challenges or supporting others. ConnectWell also provides motivational daily texts and acts as an approved WRAP® training centre, delivering seminars that are open to the wider community.

Through its core principles of connection, hope, identity, meaning and empowerment, ConnectWell aims to make peer support and recovery education accessible in every community, championing a future where mental-wellbeing is a shared, collaborative journey.
