Forno 500° is a Dublin-based restaurant, bar and pizzeria that specialises in authentic Neapolitan sour-dough pizza, house-made fresh pasta and indulgent desserts. The kitchen centres on the traditional wood-fire oven - a hand-crafted "forno" built by artisans flown in from Naples - which imparts a subtle oak-smoked flavour and the characteristic soft, airy crust that defines true Vera Pizza Napoletana. Using double-zero flour, DOP San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella from Campagna and extra-virgin olive oil, each pizza is baked to a light char and served whole, ready to be enjoyed by hand or with cutlery.

The restaurant has earned the first AVPN accreditation in Ireland, joining a worldwide roster of 707 elite pizzerias recognised for preserving the art of Neapolitan pizza. In addition to dine-in service, Forno 500° offers takeaway through major delivery platforms and provides private function rooms for family celebrations and corporate events. Open daily from midday until late, the venue welcomes both reservations and walk-ins, delivering a genuine taste of Naples in the heart of Dublin.
