Northeast Pilates is a friendly studio dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels discover the benefits of Pilates and yoga. Based in Drogheda, County Louth, the centre offers a range of classes designed to enhance physical strength, flexibility, coordination and stress relief, while placing a strong emphasis on correct body positioning and technique.

The programme caters for beginners through to seasoned practitioners, with each session delivered in a relaxed, informative atmosphere.
