Tallaght University Hospital Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to enhancing patient care and outcomes at Tallaght University Hospital. By raising and investing more than €4.7 million, the foundation funds state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge equipment and innovative programmes that directly benefit patients, staff and the wider community. Recent flagship projects include a €7.6 million Ageing Well Centre in Clondalkin Village - a community-focused hub for brain health, bone health, falls prevention and frailty management - and a new Innovation and Digital Hub equipped with interactive whiteboards and virtual-reality systems for training, workshops and research.

The foundation also cultivates corporate partnerships, inviting businesses to support its mission through donations and collaborative initiatives that "redefine healthcare". Contributions have enabled upgrades to operating theatres, modernised wards, and a range of staff-led projects aimed at improving the patient experience. By sharing stories, engaging donors and offering multiple ways to get involved, Tallaght University Hospital Foundation continues to drive forward-thinking, patient-centred care across the Tallaght area and beyond.
