Blairscove Limited is a boutique hospitality brand set in the stunning landscape of West Cork, overlooking Dunmanus Bay. It operates Blairscove House & Restaurant, offering a blend of luxury accommodation and fine dining within a historic farm‑yard complex that dates back over two centuries.

The accommodation portfolio comprises three distinct courtyard suites and cottages – The Piggery, The Smoke House and The Loft – each thoughtfully restored with high beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and contemporary comforts, and designed to sleep between two and four guests. The on‑site restaurant, housed in a former barn with lofty windows and a heritage feel, serves classic Irish dishes with a modern twist, showcasing the best of West Cork produce through a unique three‑course set menu. In addition, Blairscove provides a relaxed yet five‑star wedding venue, delivering informal celebrations focused on excellent food and personalised service.

Guests can also purchase gift vouchers and book stays or tables online, with reservations opening three months in advance each month. After a seasonal closure in 2025, Blairscove will welcome visitors again from 12 March 2026.
