Baldurgan Farm Limited is a family‑run enterprise that cultivates, packs and supplies premium chipping potatoes to chip shops, wholesalers and the wider processing market. All of the potatoes are Bord Bia approved, reflecting the farm’s commitment to quality and Irish food standards.

The farm’s core offering centres on a carefully selected range of chipping varieties. Early‑season Miranda potatoes, large and flavourful, are available from the first of August, while the main crop – Agria and the highly popular Markies – arrives in September, prized for their excellent fry colour and size. In addition to fresh produce, Baldurgan Farm stocks a full line of packaging solutions and oils/fats, providing chip‑shop operators with a one‑stop source for competitive quotes and reliable supply.

Based in Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin, the Garrigan family oversees every stage from planting in late March to temperature‑controlled storage after harvest, ensuring that customers receive consistently high‑quality potatoes ready for the fryer.
