Taylor’s Irish Chillies Designated Activity Company is a family‑run farm situated at Chapel Farm in Lusk, Co. Dublin. Building on a farming heritage that stretches back to the early 1800s, the Taylor family have refined their operation to specialise in the commercial production of Irish chillies and a full range of garlic varieties, all cultivated in on‑site greenhouses.

Their product line includes fresh, dried, smoked and the distinctive black garlic, as well as several chilli cultivars noted for both flavour and heat. Every item is fully traceable from planting to packing and is produced under the Bord Bia Sustainable Horticulture Assurance Scheme, reflecting a commitment to environmentally responsible farming and local employment. The farm’s fresh produce is sold directly to consumers through an online shop and is also featured in chef‑driven recipes, such as Daniel Lambert’s black‑garlic stir‑fry.
