AMAL WOMEN IRELAND

Amal Women Ireland is a Muslim-women-led charity dedicated to supporting Muslim women and anyone connected to the Muslim community throughout the country. By tackling barriers such as language, culture, poverty, racism and discrimination, Amal provides front-line assistance in times of crisis, ensuring that women can access the services they need and fully participate in Irish society.

The organisation offers a range of specialised services, including a confidential helpline, health-focused clinics, advocacy training, maternity-online classes and Arabic mental-health workshops. In addition, Amal runs empowerment workshops, mentorship programmes and cultural events that foster community development and give women a platform to raise their voices. Volunteers and experienced staff work together to deliver these programmes with cultural sensitivity and trusted, hands-on support.

Based in Dublin and operating nationwide, Amal Women Ireland builds supportive networks that empower women, promote wellbeing and strengthen communities across Ireland.
