LA GYMNASTICS LIMITED

LA Gymnastics Limited is a community‑focused gymnastics club based in County Monaghan. Drawing on more than three decades of experience, the club welcomes participants from the age of three right through to adult learners, offering a supportive environment for both recreational enthusiasts and aspiring elite athletes.

The club runs a comprehensive programme of classes throughout the week, catering for beginners as well as advanced gymnasts. Many of its members progress to compete at national and even international level, reflecting the high standard of coaching and facilities on offer. In addition to regular training, LA Gymnastics organises weekend birthday parties in the gym, which are open to non‑members and provide a fun, active alternative for celebrations.

With a strong emphasis on skill development, confidence‑building and community spirit, LA Gymnastics continues to be a leading centre for gymnastics in Monaghan, nurturing talent of all ages while fostering a love of the sport.
